Tom has focused his career on improving the quality of processes. For the last decade, Tom led quality improvement in a hospital system and achieved some of the highest honors for quality-of-care. 

Tom is passionate about improving processes and using data to find meaningful insights for clients.

Care Process Advisor & Co-Founder

For more than 15 years, Katie has served the nursing profession in inpatient, ambulatory, and academic settings. She has vast experience, personally and professionally, helping patients navigate the U.S. healthcare system.

Katie earned a Masters in Nursing from Benedictine University, and her Bachelors of Nursing from St. Xavier University.
